Wild mushroom risotto.
I had a pretty important chef meeting today. I'm pretty excited about the future of my job. After the meeting, we went out for dinner at Ryan Duffy's in Truro. We had some appetizers which weren't on the proper menu. Prime rib crostinis! Calamari! Shrimp! Fabulousness!
The risotto was very tasty, too... I'm hoping it tastes even better for breakfast. I took half of it home.
I'm looking forward to some eating adventures this weekend. Stay toooooooooned!
